About the Kinni Spirit

The Kinni Spirit are a Junior "A" hockey organization competing in the United States Premier Hockey League (USPHL) Premier Division—one of North America's premier development leagues for players pursuing junior advancement and college hockey opportunities.

Each season, the USPHL helps hundreds of players advance to NCAA, ACHA, and AAU college hockey programs. More than 8,000 USPHL alumni have continued their hockey careers at the collegiate level, making the league one of the most successful development pathways in North America.

The Kinni Spirit are built on a proven player-first philosophy that has helped athletes advance for more than a decade. Now based in River Falls, Wisconsin, our organization remains committed to developing players on and off the ice through elite coaching, daily skill development, strength and conditioning, exposure opportunities, and a culture focused on long-term success.

Through our partnership with the Minnesota Blue Ox of the NCDC, Spirit players benefit from a direct development pathway to Tier II junior hockey while competing in one of the nation's top Tier III leagues.
